Small mod, but it seeks to make active topic rows alternate colors much like postlist does.
It also paginated according to both the board topics per page default as well as the user selectable value.
Current version of 7.2 uses alt-1 and alt-2 to style the colums:

The modification will just use the postlist alternating row colors to style like so:
also, the pagination isn't hardwired to 25 topics/posts per page.
Just read the readme.txt and do it
